Purple's Platitudes

nothing but words …

superficiality

21 February 2014

A thought a little different,

I offer with no disrespect.

How does beauty feel?

I can’t see what’s “real” —

sex appeal’s

irrelevant.

What’s beautiful is what’s inside,

the heart and soul, spirit and mind,

not the outer shell,

‘though it’s hard to tell,

sex sure sells

when love’s blind.
